Welcome to DEFENSA
Defensa is here to develop skills and attitudes which will prepare the athlete for post secondary competition and beyond. It is great to win in the youth division but it is better to be prepared going into the CIS, NCAA and National teams. Defensa works to get the athletes noticed by scouts and each athlete understands that their goals are attainable with the right attitude. Defensa is team first, so selfish athletes need not apply!
