The last day of tryouts will be the coming Friday September 10th. From 7:30-9 will be the actual tryout, from 9-9:30 will be the announcement of the team and discussion of the upcoming season.
U16 tryouts
September 5th, 2010AGILITY SPEED AND JUMP TRAINING
August 5th, 2010Monday 9th, 16th and Wednesday 11th, 18th at Assumption Catholic SS in Burlington from 7-8:15. Open to anyone, $15 for both sessions. Training starts at 7, so be warm, stretched and ready to go. These will be the last two weeks.
U18 Defensa
July 26th, 2010Thank you for those that are interested, however, there will be no tryout for the U18 team.
Jump Testing
April 8th, 2010Jump testing was completed on April 7th using the Vertec. 5 out of 10 ladies improved their spike touch. We now have 2 over the 10′ mark and one at 9′11.5″
